Mechanical Design:
3D designing including all parts and assemblies. Creating assembly drawings with BOM, production drawings and drawings for other purposes. Have many years of experience in various fields of engineering. Skilled in sheet metal, weldments, CNC processing (machining, cutting), reverse engineering, 3D printing, stress analysis.
3D Modeling:
3D design of a product. Solid and surface 3D modeling of objects based on drawings, photos, sketches, etc. 3D models can be saved in any of popular file formats such as .step, .x_t, .igs, .stl, etc.
2D Drafting:
Creating and updating drawings. Preparing drawings for manufacturing. Worked with many types of drawings such as fabrication, general arrangement, layouts, P&ID, isometric, electrical.
CAM Programming:
Generate the program based on the model and supplied to the customer for smooth run on their machine.
