I am a Practising Company Secretary since 2014, having LL.B and Company Secretary degree. Started my practise with an aim to serve corporate clients with utmost dedication and honesty.I .

• Filing of various petitions with NCLT and representing clients before the NCLT
Bench;
• Adjudication of Stamp Duty for the scheme of Amalgamation, Merger /Demerger.
• Liaison and co-ordination with professionals from other disciple like Chartered
Accounts, Lawyers etc.

Have worked for Tata Group Companies, Krishnamurthy & Co, Hariani & Co. ,Spice Route Legal and various Private Limited Companies & LLPs.
