Work Terms

Work Terms Agreement for Rated Original

This Work Terms Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Rated Original ("Agency") and [Client Name] ("Client") as of [Date].

Scope of Work:
The agency will provide the following services to the Client:

Website design and development
Digital marketing strategy development and implementation
Branding and rebranding services
Ongoing website maintenance and support
Other services as agreed upon by both parties
Timeline:
The agency and Client will agree upon a timeline for each project before work begins. The timeline will be based on the scope of work and the resources available to both parties.

Payment:
Client agrees to pay Agency for services rendered according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Additional expenses may be incurred for additional services requested by the Client.

Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property created by Agency for Client will be owned by the Client upon payment in full for the services rendered. The agency may use the Client's name and any work produced for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the project, including trade secrets, proprietary information, and any other confidential information.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party. If the Client terminates the agreement, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
