Work Terms

**Hours of Operation:**
At Raven Code Solutions, we operate from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT). We understand the importance of flexibility and are open to accommodating different time zones when necessary, especially for urgent projects or milestones.

**Payment Terms:**
- **Project Initiation:** A 30% deposit is required before the start of any project. This secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin work.
- **Milestone Payments:** Payments are divided into milestones based on project phases. Each milestone payment is due upon approval of the work completed in that phase.
- **Final Payment:** The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of files or the launch of the website.
- **Payment Methods:** We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. All payments are due within 7 days of invoicing.

**Preferred Communication Style:**
We believe that clear and consistent communication is key to a successful project. Our preferred communication methods include:
- **Email:** For detailed discussions, project updates, and documentation.
- **Instant Messaging (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.):** For quick questions or real-time collaboration.
- **Video Calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.):** For kick-off meetings, milestone reviews, and project walkthroughs.
- **Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, etc.):** We can work within your preferred PM tool to track progress and manage tasks.

We strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, we are available to address concerns promptly.
