Work Terms
Invoicing will be done as per the payment schedule and the CLIENT will pay the amount within 15 business days from the receipt of the invoice.
Termination: Both parties shall have the right to terminate the contract after giving 3weeks’ notice in writing to terminate the contract. Raybiztech shall be compensated for the services provided before the termination of the contract. The cost for the same shall be based upon the efforts put by Raybiztech’s team.
Any delay in the Project due to reasons beyond Raybiztech’s control may impact schedule and cost of the Project. Some of the typical reasons are but not limited to a) Non-availability of the Infrastructure b) Lack of response from the client. The above delays might result in the idling of the Project resources and idle time cost for reasons beyond Raybiztech’s control shall be charged to the client
Purchase of any Software, Hardware and any proprietary packages shall not be in the scope of Raybiztech and the same shall have to be procured by the client.
Any deviation from the original scope agreed upon and change control mechanism would be followed.
In the event of Client not being ready to commence User Acceptance Testing upon final delivery of the project, Client will accept and consider due, based on standard payment terms, the final invoice from the vendor 30 days from handover.
During the period of the project and for the two year period following the Date of Termination of the project agreement, you agree to not to make public statements or communications that disparage the Company, its business, services, products or its affiliates or its or their current, former or future directors or executive officers (in their capacity as such), or with respect to any current or former director or executive officer or shareholder of the Company or its affiliates (in their capacity as such).
