I can say that I am a responsible and a hard-working person. I say so, because I perform my job beyond what is expected for me to do. I started as an agent then applied as a training associate in a BPO company. I've been with the industry for six years there I worked with Capital One (specifically dealing with Credit Card concerns), eBay (specifically helping sellers list their items for sale online) and Navient (student loan company for Americans) wherein all these three were US based company.

Moreover, I am a very sociable person, I have many friends since I like to communicate with people and get to know new interesting individuals. I enjoy my time at work and I value more on integrity every time I start doing my things. I like to receive and deal with challenging tasks. I am a very enthusiastic employee and I think this is a strong point of mine.

My friends say that I am a very serious when we talk about work but an interesting woman with a good sense of humor. As soon as I meet new people who are happy to meet me, I feel extremely comfortable with them. I believe that friendship is one of the most important values in human life.

Meeting new people like my supports,mentors,supervisors and managers who support all my efforts to grow and develop my skills not only in the company products but also in my hobbies gives me a lot of energy.
