Hardworking individual experienced in accounting, bookkeeping and transcription.
I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida in Accounting Information Systems and a minor in Management. After graduation, I worked for Southern Orthopedic Specialists which is a large orthopedic group in Panama City, Florida. I was there for 13 years prior to moving to Uganda, Africa in November 2014. I am in Uganda for two reasons: 1) I married a Ugandan, 2) I have a non-profit organization that focuses on educating those in remote villages of Uganda. I have been working online doing bookkeeping and some transcription for companies in the USA and Australia. I have experience in working in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Sage Peachtree and LessAccounting. I have no problem learning new softwares when needed.
Work Terms
I am available 20-30 hours a week. Email is usually the easiest form of communication for me mostly because time zones may be an issue. I am 7 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
