Admin Support/Linkedin Sourcing Expert

I have complete profile in Upwork where I'm working for almost 6yrs now. I am well verse in LinkedIn boolean search as I am currently assisting recruiters in NYC to find exceptional software engineers, product managers, data scientist using advance search of LinkedIn Premium account as part time worker.

As for my other experiences, I've worked as an Email Support Specialist where we cater customer queries and complains using Shopify, Oberlo, Helpscout, Zen Desk, Google Docs and Hootsuite, sending follow up emails through Shopify or Freshdesk and resolving disputes through PayPal. Most of the customers concerns are about order status, item replacement/returns/refunds, shipping address update, order cancellation, tracking number, and variant change. Basically our employer shipped products from China across Us and Europe countries.

I've also worked in a BPO industry for several months under Comcast as an inbound Technical Support agent. I was assigned in Comcast SIK whose main task is to activate client services such as cable, phone and internet service. I have had few experiences also in working online such as updating students information using Zoho CRM, transcribing PDF in excel sheets, researching and data mining.
