Grants expert for nonprofit or social enterprise organizations based in the USA who have at least been in operations three years. I can perform prospect research, help build budgets and complete applications. I prefer working on a flat fee basis and prices range from 10%- 20% of the total ask amount for private and public foundations. For government grants, the fee is higher and that is because U.S. Government grants are complicated and require way more work.

My standard consulting and strategy rates begin at $99/hour and scale based on the complexity, urgency, and desired outcomes of the project.
For grant writing and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, rates begin at $55/hour. I am also open to reduced rates for clients seeking an ongoing retainer relationship of at least 10 hours per month.
Clear communication and strong working relationships matter to me. I prefer to begin electronically so we can outline goals, expectations, and next steps efficiently before scheduling a Google Meet call.
