Hello,
My name is Rebecca Barnes and I have been working in the administrative assistant field for over 25yrs.
I worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the lead supervisor of the University of Kentucky, Physical Plant Division.
I have a history with media, promoting, marketing and sales from working in the radio business from 1989 to 1995. I was the youngest Gospel DJ at the time.
I have worked for Microsoft and Hewlett Packard for hardware, software and customer service training.
My Virtual Assistant positions that I have worked with include areas from hospitality to healthcare, My skills are continually being improved with learning new social media management and website design through online training.
My hobbies are birthparent/adoptee searches, genealogy and candy making. I am an ENFJ on the Myers Briggs. I love all animals, traveling, sleeping outdoors and being near the ocean, with times in the solitary mountains by the creeks.

Work Terms
**Contracts must be signed and dated before work can begin.
Packages are paid as follow:
50% is paid when the contract is signed.
25% is due when half of your hours have been used.
25% is due when the package is complete.
Hourly pricing and Ala Carte Services are available upon request.
Discovery Calls are required.
In a Discovery Call we will find out if my services are a good fit you and your business. Goals, priorities and expectations will be discussed. The contract will be drawn up and approved by both Virtual Assistant and Client after the Discovery Call. It will signed at that time.
If for any reason either party decides that the business relationship is not a good fit, or needs to come to an end, notification via email must be given 14 days before the contract is up.
I understand emergency situations and will work with all clients and businesses when these things arise.
