I am an experienced customer service representative and telemarketer. As for now, I am working as a freelance writer and advertiser.
I earned my second year Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Colegio de Sta Lourdes of Leyte Foundation Incorporated, Tabon tabon, Leyte last 2008.
As to my employment background, I was a Telemarketer at Bayan Telecommunications, Tacloban Branch, Tacloban City from September 2009 to November 2009. After my service at Bayan Telecommunications, I worked at APAC Customer Service Incorporated located at Brgy. Pawing, Palo, Leyte as a Level 1 customer service representative for an international account from November 29, 2010 to January 22, 2011. After my two months experience as a front line agent, I was promoted as a Level 2, Product Support Representative under the same account and rendered my service from January 23, 2011 until April 21, 2011.
Work Terms
I can work 30 hours a week and I prefer wire transfer or Pay pal as a mode of payment.I work on time and submits output within deadline.
