Worked as an architectural draftsman since 2007, Started freelance work based on Philippines since 2010 up to the present. I have worked with An architectural firm as an outsourced draftsman from 2010 - 2017, I am still doing some project with their Architects for their freelance jobs. Currently I am doing some furniture fabrication drawings then make 3D for their study.

If you can check out my portfolio it is not as flashy as it looks. It based on client requirement that they want a simple and fast 3D model of their design so they can look at the massing of the overall look.

I don't do any design but I can do the details as required for your design concept need.

I can do:
-Architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
-3D Modeling and rendering
-3D contours based on contour elevation information from site survey.
-Schematic designs
-Old scanned blue prints plans converted to drawing (dwg.)
-Furniture design
-Urban development site plans.

Work Terms

Working hours: 9:00P.M. - 12:00A.M. Mon.- Sat.
8:00A.M. - 6:00P.M. Sun.
Fee: Per hour depends on the complexity of design.

Mode of payment: Paypal - per project/total hours to be done or progressive development of project every 15th and 30th of the month of total hours spent with your project.

Payment Terms: 20% Downpayment, 60% Progress, 100% upon submission of project.
