Work Terms

Working Hours:­ We are available 24X7 to all our clients so that they can connect with us anytime according to their convenience. We have a single point of contact for each of our clients as we believe that a single point of contact will help in maintaining an effective, quick and clear communication which will enable us to attend to all our clients' queries and take care of their feedbacks. We believe in a collaborative process of working so that we can satisfy our clients and we even appreciate any input on the part of the client if they have any.

Work Terms­: The work terms are mutually discussed and accepted between the company and the client. The work agreement is based on certain parameters such as fixed cost projects, hourly based projects and hiring of dedicated resources. The agreement also includes the final proposal having clear delivery based milestones, assumptions, support period along with standard business terms. It should be properly noted here that in order for the smooth and painless flow of the projects our clients need to properly adhere to the project milestones and acceptance policy. As soon as a milestone is achieved or accepted, any new request with concern to the previous stage will be considered as an addition to the project scope. So it's a request from our end that whatever query or doubt that you might be having you should clear it out with us before we start working on your project.
