Oil & Gas | Reservoir Engineer | MBA | Marketing
While an undergrad at the University of Tulsa (TU), I worked 4 summer engineering internships with oil & gas companies. I found my passion for problem solving in the Reservoir Engineering space. I graduated with my Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering and began work in Houston, TX for ConocoPhillips.
My role for the next 5.5 years was a team lead and Reservoir Engineer in the Permian Basin. I worked my way up the ranks, focused on high performance and obtained "Senior RE" status within 2.5 years.
The workload was too light for me. I wanted to be my own boss and work on a variety on projects. I felt like ConocoPhillips taught me a fantastic amount but I had plenty of extra energy. So, I started my MBA in Fall 2015 - full time workload and full time school load. The opportunity presented itself for me to obtain severance from ConocoPhillips year end 2016 and I took it!
I'm now my own boss and leveraging my knowledge of business, reservoir engineering and marketing to help small-medium sized oil companies engage their investors.
