Maintain, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders and requested presentations.
Translate documents/meeting & VC with HQ in Japan (Japanese/Arabic/English)& vice Versa
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Assist GM by producing required analysis and representing GM office in active
audit projects
Data analysis upon GM request
Present GM office in auditing activates such as ISO, Disney etc.& prepare all
related documents and communications to present it to the GM
Report & participate in Video conferences with HQ.
Report & participate in VA/CD projects.
Prepare monthly meeting presentation including achievements & KPIs review.

Performs any other duties assigned by the GM.
Ensures accurate documentation for all GM office files.
Assist GM by providing required analysis and representing GM office in active project and committees (ISO- Disney).
Direct supervision on CRM department duties :
Handles phone calls of customers by answering questions; or sending the inquiry to
the concerned department.
Handles social media websites regarding customers feedback and comments.
Prepares reports by recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as
well as actions taken.
