I have been working in the Customer Service industry for the last 12 years. I have had experience in general Customer Service including dealing with escalations, and have extensive experience in Financial services, having worked with 2 major banks in the US in their offshore counterparts here in the Philippines.

I have been a Senior Supervisor since 2007, handling other specialists and managing their performance. I am very meticulous and have excellent attention to detail. I have also mastered the art of multi-tasking in my more than 10 years of service in the industry.

I have a degree in Communication Arts and was Editor-in-Chief of the college publication. This means that not only do I manage the publication's end to end production, but I also write some of the articles being published in the paper.

I have only started in this Virtual Assistant/Admin Support job, but I am always eager to help and can quickly learn. Work Terms

At this time, I can work during weekends from 9am to 6am EST, and on weekdays from 6pm to 10pm EST. My starting rate is $3-$4/hour. And I have Paypal for payment transactions.
