I design and develop rich and immersive training solutions to meet the needs of my target audience. For dull, boring and mundane training I transform content to be engaging, and interactive.
I'm a creative, adaptive content developer and instructional design professional with close to 7 years of experience. My expertise is in developing participative, immersive learning solutions which can range from technical, soft skills, and compliance courses with proven effectiveness in adult learning environments.
I employ excellent project management techniques and skills, and the use of the ADDIE process in designing instructional programs and creating curricula. I use exceptional leadership, instructional, and communication abilities acquired during my military career to interface with subject matter experts, senior members, managers, and peer personnel to build an agreed upon course of action for the selected projects.
With a military background and 15 years in IT, flexibility, and adaptability are integral skills within my skill set. I can meaningfully contribute wherever I work, independently, as a team member or as a team lead. My goal is always the same to produce a high-end product with superb quality on or under budget, and prior to or within the scheduled completion time.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM. I'm open to weekend hours if necessary however prior discussion and planning are necessary concerning compensation.
