experience by time one of my strengths as I worked for more than 15 years in Stock market financial applications development cycle. My start after graduation from Ain Shams university faculty of engineering was as a software customer support for BIMS Application (Brokerage Information Management system) which enhance my communications skills and professionality of using oracle development tools. I had a repetition in supporting clients with fast, simple and logic thinking.
I was passionate of business analysis. writing the SRS and RDs working with both domain experts and development team. I managed many projects with different brokerage companies.

One of the projects I was proud to achieve, was the cost reduction done while reverse engineering of an enterprise brokerage system and train the new developers to continue development on the same system instead of replacement that would cost a lot.

Even I reached a managerial position but love of learning helped me to implement an ERP system in a medium company included requirements of the stakeholders.

Finally, digital marketing has my interest, I searched and found Nanodegree Program, that is a great chance to learn skills from industry leaders gathered by Udacity in collaboration with Google, Facebook, mailChimp, Hootsuit ,Hubspot and MOZ , In 3 months with no experience required except basic computer skills and online navigation, I will learn social media marketing, Email marketing and digital freelancing. I decided to take the program and start new era.
