Delivery of final designs in specified formats (AutoCAD, SketchUp 3D models, PVsyst reports, etc.).
Pricing & Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: per hour for consultations and design work.
Fixed Rate: For specific projects, a flat fee will be agreed upon based on the project scope.
Payment terms: 50% upfront before starting the work and 50% upon project completion or milestone deliveries.

Timeline & Deadlines
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before commencing work, with a clear indication of milestones.
Delays caused by the client’s requirements or changes in scope may result in timeline adjustments.
Revisions & Feedback
All client information, designs, and data will remain confidential.
Ownership of the final designs and intellectual property will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Preliminary designs and drafts remain the property of the designer unless otherwise agreed.
Communication & Availability
I am available for consultations through during hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ] GMT+5
Emergency or urgent requests may incur additional fees and may require separate arrangements.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the client wishes to cancel the project before completion, the upfront payment will be non-refundable, but the client will only pay for the work completed up to that point.
Refunds are not provided for work that has been delivered as per the project specifications.
