Work Terms

I value clear communication, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to ensure every project is a success. Below are my work terms to set expectations and streamline our workflow:

1. Communication
Preferred communication channels: Email, WhatsApp, or scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls.
Response time: I aim to reply to messages within 24 hours on business days.
2. Availability
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
I can accommodate urgent tasks or meetings outside these hours with prior notice.
3. Project Scope
All project details, deliverables, and deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
Changes to the scope may require additional time and cost adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is divided into milestones based on the project timeline.
A percentage of the payment is required upfront to initiate the project.
Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
5. Revisions
I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per project milestone.
Additional revisions will be charged at an agreed-upon hourly or fixed rate.
6. Delivery & Handover
All deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., zip files, live deployment).
Final handover includes all necessary files, login credentials, and documentation.
7. Confidentiality
Client information and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality.
I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Either party can terminate the project with written notice.
Refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date.
9. Support & Maintenance
I offer 14 days of free support post-project completion for minor fixes or adjustments.
Extended maintenance packages are available upon request.
