In my former role as a customer service, chat and emails for a telco account, I was responsible for trouble shooting a variety of technical issues for my customers. On top of that I also learned for that account to have knowledge in billing and retention.
I also understand how to create replacement, refund, returns, and placing orders for my valued customers as I specialized my knowledge when it comes to retail for more than 1 year.
