I worked with back office of CaseStack it is a warehousing company under Walmart we answer tracking updates. I've been with Hotels.com its a website for booking hotel rooms online or by phone, we also modify , cancel and make a reservation depends with customers request. Next is with Yahoo.com under Account, we just simply assist our customer to have an access to their Yahoo account. I'm also with Barnes and Noble its the biggest bookstore in US we make an order with customer over phone, modify, cancel and be responsible with there returns and refunds with their specific orders. Lastly is with Amazon, same with my previous work we also assist our customers regarding with their online orders.
I'm willing to be train and can work in overtime in holidays or weekends.
