Stage I: CONCEPT STAGE:

• Discuss the draft sketches with the CLIENT and make such modification as may be necessary to satisfy the CLIENT that his requirement will be fulfilled.

• Prepare report on site evaluation, state of existing buildings, if any; and analysis and impact of existing and / or proposed development on its immediate environs.

• Prepare conceptual designs with reference to requirements given and prepare rough estimate of cost on area basis.

• Acquaint the CLIENT all codes and regulation that may affect the project.

Stage II: PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND DRAWINGS:

• Modify the conceptual designs incorporating required changes and prepare the preliminary drawings, sketches, study model, etc., for the client’s approval along with preliminary estimate of cost on area basis.

Stage III: DRAWINGS FOR CLIENT’S / STATUTORY APPROVALS:

• Prepare drawings necessary for clients / statutory approvals and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation, as applicable.

• Assist the CLIENT in providing documentation for obtaining approval of plans from various statutory bodies like Panchayath/Municipals/corporation, Building department authorities etc. Liaison works for statutory approvals a
