My Father was a Journalist and honorary secretary of the Press Guild of India. My mother had once told me that I should be more famous than my Father. This is what I strive for!

I am a Post Graduate in Industrial Psychology and have worked for several years now, first as an HR Manager and subsequently started my own company into Job Placements.

As an HR Manager, I have dealt with Union Militancy, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Performance Management, employee communication, authoring Training Manuals and HR Processes and Systems manual.

My leisure time activities have been reading all genres of books-Classics, Regional classics, History, Travel books, Whodunits.
My other passions are, Music, Travel, Curiosity to learn about new things, Swimming, trekking - all these things challenge me and I love them all.

Wait a minute- one thing that completes the picture of who I am is that I am moved to help the poor and needy. I have pledged that a part of my cheque will be donated to my ex domestic help's sons' education.

Work Terms

I can work a minimum of 3-4 hours a day over Monday to Friday. Preferably Indian Standard time or Asia timings.
I would prefer payment by way of PAYTM or cheque.
I can work best in UK English but over time with some training can switch to work coming from the US.
The style of communication that I prefer for business purposes is E mails.
