Real Estate Management Solutions is a real estate consultancy firm in Multan. We can help real estate projects to grow by providing market research and analysis, and project planning for smooth sales which helps to fulfill project financial needs, with conventional and digital marketing services.

The founder of REMS is Mr. Umair Yousaf has experience of 18 years in sales and marketing. He started his journey from the telecommunication subcontractor Global Technologies in 2005 to 2009 as Marketing Manager.

The real estate sector has always fascinated him due to its dynamic nature and growth potential. Joining Star Marketing was a pivotal move in my career. They are pioneers in the real estate field, and working with them for over 12 years was incredibly enriching. I started from the very basics, gradually climbing the ranks and achieving several awards and promotions. I eventually became the Regional Director for Multan.

As the Regional Director, He oversaw all regional activities with a team of 20 people, including sales, admin, and accounts. His primary responsibility was to generate business and revenue for the company. He was responsible for the profit and loss of the region, signing MOUs with real estate developers, and securing marketing and selling rights for projects. His role involved crafting marketing strategies, both conventional and digital, to maximize project sales and achieve targets. He also handled recovery matters for the projects.

After that he joined Gulberg Executive, he was focused on driving sales and handling recovery matters. However, He left the group shortly after joining because he wasn't delighted with the job. He wanted to pursue something that aligned more with his vision and career goals.

After that, He started REMS which was a natural progression. He wanted to leverage his extensive experience in real estate to provide comprehensive solutions. REMS offers 360-degree solutions for real estate projects, including marketing and sales consultancy, team and training consultancy, and digital marketing services. Currently, we have two projects in Pakistan: one in DHA Multan and another in Islamabad.
