I have many years of experience in technical and customer support environment and I’m always trying to broaden my knowledge and skillset in almost every technical area. I am a very fast learner, with a keen eye for details. I have possessed years of experience troubleshooting all types of devices, including computers, applications, and networks; as well as assisting with the development of web applications. During my spare time, I try to keep abreast of current and new technologies, techniques and programming languages. With my work experience and expertise in computing, programming, troubleshooting and customer service; and my willingness to learn and adapt, I'm of the belief that l would be a great asset to any company.
