• 10+ Years of experience AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture.
• 8+ Years of experience with Revit Architecture.
• 7+ Years of experience running Sketchup for 3D development.
• 8+ Years of experience creating 3D models for architects on several multi-million dollar projects in the Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado area and Branson, Missouri.
• 8+ Years of experience with Photoshop and adobe creative suites (Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat).

Ideal conditions would be an open clientele that is willing to provide enough information to complete a task on time and effectively. I would expect my clientele to be available for discussion regarding the project as I intend to do the very same for them. I guarantee to provide a product for them that they will be able to use effectively for their goals, and will do everything necessary to give them an excellent product on time and within budget. I will always be open for discussion with them at whatever time they may need it.

Guru Safe Escrow/Safepay Preferred or Paypal• For projects < $1000 - Complete escrow is expected at start of project which will be released immediately upon project approval.• For projects > $1000 - A 50% deposit is expected at start of project with the remainder expected upon project approval.
