Work Terms

Work Terms & Conditions:
Hours of Operation
Available: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT
Evening & Weekend Work: Available upon request and subject to an additional premium rate.
Response Time: Typically within 24 hours for inquiries and project updates.

Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: £650.00 per hour
Fixed-Price Projects: Available upon discussion and project scope agreement.

Payment Schedule:
For hourly work: Weekly invoicing via Guru’s SafePay.
For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, milestone-based payments will be discussed and agreed.
Accepted Payment Methods: Guru SafePay, Bank Transfer (for long-term clients), PayPal.
Late Payments: Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond 7 days from the due date.

Communication & Collaboration
Preferred Communication: Guru Messaging, or scheduled Zoom/ MS Teams chat or calls.
Regular Updates: Weekly or bi-weekly progress reports, depending on project scope.
Collaboration Tools: Open to using Teams, Zoom, JIRA/Confluence, Slack, Trello, Asana, or other client-preferred platforms.
Confidentiality: Strict NDA compliance and data protection measures in place.

Additional Terms:
Project Scope & Revisions: Any changes beyond the agreed scope will require a contract update and rework of cost
Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for scheduled meetings or sessions; failure to do so may incur a charge.
Intellectual Property: Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment.
