I am an experienced Virtual Assistant that provide admin support, customer support and represent a business organization composed of a dedicated team of BPO professionals.
As as Team Leader, I handled agents for sales and support work by phone, chat, text and email.
I have vast experience working as an online- and office-based human resource staff member and in charge of recruitment, hiring, training, and quality.
After long years of experience as a Virtual Assistant I managed to create a start up BPO Company and now provide support for both local and international clients usually catering to SMEs than Fortune 500 corporate.
All Agents/Staff are experienced in various lines of business that best suit all clients who are in need of Virtual Assistants and Call Center Agents.
I handled surveys, lead generations and appointment settings both on voice and data processes.
My team and I have done Web Researches, Data Gathering and Data entry, Lead Generation, Posting Advertisement to various websites (Shopify, Amazon, Craiglist) and familiar with creating, updating websites (Wordpress), sending out mass information via MailChimp, CRM on Demand tools, manage client database for ZOHO, XERO, Zendesk, Helpscout, Trello, Wunderlist, Workflowy, Ontraport, Infusion Soft, SalesForce, Chase.com and BaseCamp, manage Word press, LinkedIn, Face book and Twitter.
I am adept at Google calendar, Google Docs and other MS Office applications, Dropbox and Hoot Suite.
I have high speed internet lines at 100 Mbps all on very stable static connections, and offer a good and quiet work environment with good working laptops and dessktop PCs equipped with webcam and headsets, and I have backup generator to make sure that we can work if there are power outages.
