I have 11 years of strong experience handling Inbound/Outbound sales serving US, UK, AU and NZ customers and managed a team for 6 years.

I have an extensive Inbound/Outbound sales background. I am proficient in written and verbal communication skills and can provide resolutions. I am organized, career driven and determined to get the job done with a very high standard of quality. I am a team player and is able to make important decisions for the team and company. I can also provide e-mail, chat, trouble shooting and phone support. Throughout the years of my experience
as a customer service assisting different customers with different accents I have learned that the key and essential skills to a better customer service such as patience, understand, empathy, attentiveness, positive attitude, clarity, calmness and that I consider are very close to my personality. I have attended various management and leadership training in the past and more than willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product to become the best person to give the best service to your customers. Work Terms

I can work full time or 4 hours/day or total of 20 hrs/week. I can only speak English and I preferred to use Paypal as mode transaction made every two weeks.
