Working as an administrative assistant since the age of 15, I've had the opportunity to gain vast knowledge of all the upcoming technology. While pursing my by undergraduate degree in Psychology and my M.B.A. in Human Resources, I worked as a liaison at a prestigious law firm for 11 years. While working there I learned Six Sigma, Microsoft Macros, setting up remote conference calls, new hire training, client audits, entering payroll and creating and editing procedures and polices. In 2017, I transitioned fully in to Human Resources processing payroll, handling recruitment, on-boarding, worker's compensation and benefits. I have also helped small business and start-up non profits with their hiring procedures, policies and etc. I am also a part-time blogger and podcaster and I love interacting and connecting with people. Crafting and watching movies and traveling with my husband is also a favorite past-time of mines.
