Having worked in the bpo sector. I have a grasp of the fundamentals needed to work in this industry. I have worked with Startek global on the Bj's account as an engagement specialist. And also as a front t desk receptionist at American Awning. I have been introduced to accent neutralization and did American accent training during my tenure at Startek. With my experiences, I have honed the skill of anticipating customer's needs, and solving the problem by working from initiative and thinking out of the box, while adhering to company policy/ies. With that being said, I think I'm an ideal candidate for jobs that involves customer relations.
Work Terms
