As a credentialed life coach & mentor and qualified counselling psychologist, I bring over 10 years of evidence-based practice, built on a foundation of over 25 years in people management, business strategy, and client servicing across the UK, Singapore, and India.

Driven by a passion for helping individuals navigate everyday personal and professional challenges like stress, anxiety, burn-out, self-doubt and relationship issues, I transitioned from a rich and rewarding corporate life to pursue my calling to offer professional mentoring, coaching, counselling and training to individuals and teams, guided by the humanistic principle that everyone has the innate ability and resources to realise their potential.

I employ an integrative approach in my work, incorporating tools and techniques from different modalities such as person-centred therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, transactional analysis, metaphor therapy, breathwork and yoga. This holistic mind-body approach, customised and fine-tuned to meet individual needs and personality types, not only catalyses change but is also far more transformational and enduring.

Work Terms

While I am available throughout the week during the standard working hours for India and Middle East time zones, I am flexible and happy to accommodate clients from other time zones at a mutually agreed convenient time.

I prefer doing my sessions online using Zoom video platform as it is highly effective and convenient. I am open to other online platforms that may suit the client more such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, Teams or Skype.

Payment has to be made in advance of a session by bank transfer into my company account. Bank details will be provided to potential clients along with the Service Agreement, so they may go through the Terms & Conditions carefully before availing of a session.
