I started out working in Customer Service to get my foot in the door at a reputable company. Within 2 years, I was offered a position specifically created to get involved on the project side of client integrations. Over the next 10 years or so, I became the Subject Matter Export globally on these integrations, specifically leading the NA integration team. Starting out in Customer Service helped me to better interact with the clients directly and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. My passion lies in asking the hard questions and improving processes to help decrease frustration most professionals feel on a daily basis.
