My name is Resha Valerian. I was born in Jakarta on January 30th 1994. I got my bachelor degree from Brawijaya University in major of Chemical Engineering, specialization of Environment Engineering. Currently i work at PT Banshu Rubber Indonesia as a Supervisor of Quality Assurance Department. I've been working there since 2016 and since then i've got many experiences, such as problem solving, leading a project, communication and negotiation, and also obviously other technical aspect of rubber industry.
