I am very friendly, hardworking and work well with people. I have been working in the customer service industry for over 9 years. I have worked for various call centers, doing different types of jobs such as technical support, live chat agent, data entry and transcribing. I have also worked and have experience in various platforms such as Oberlo, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercome, Slack and shopify for 3 years.
I speak, read and write both English and Spanish perfectly. Have worked in both languages in my 9 years of experience.
Work Terms
I am open to work as needed, my schedule is very flexible. I can work weekday and/or weekends.
My hourly rate is $8 however if the job requires a lower payment then that is fine by me. If possible, I prefer to be paid weekly or bi-weekly.
