SpotTech was founded in 2022 by Reza Hakimyar shortly after arriving in New Zealand from Afghanistan on the resettlement scheme. SpotTech is a small team of deeply experienced software engineers and IT professionals with a passion for creating innovative business solutions. In a short time, the team has quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality software products that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Over the past year, we have expanded our team and our expertise by bringing in new personnel in New Zealand and internationally who are at the forefront of emerging technologies. Work Terms
Standard Work Hours: Our standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time.
After-Hours Availability: While our standard work hours are defined, we understand that certain situations may require flexibility. In such cases, we can discuss and agree upon additional availability if necessary.
Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: Payments for services rendered are expected to be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. This schedule will be outlined in the contract or agreement between both parties.
Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, and online payment platforms. Details regarding payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication Channels: Our preferred primary communication channels are email and instant messaging platforms, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams. These channels provide a reliable and easily trackable means of communication.
Response Time: We strive to respond to all communication within one business day. However, urgent matters will be given priority, and we will endeavor to respond promptly in those cases.
Scheduling Meetings: For scheduling meetings, we recommend using a shared calendar system or scheduling tools to find mutually convenient time slots. This helps ensure efficient coordination and avoids conflicts.
