I am Rhea Janeo, a college graduate of Bs Psychology
in the University of San Agustin, I worked with T-mobile U.S.A for 6 years and TimeWarner for 1 year .


I’m a proactive Customer Service Assistant with 6 years of experience handling various functions of Customer service, from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls. In my current position at company X, I have developed and utilized various skills to help achieve results and contribute to the company’s productivity.

I have also won several awards for my exceptional performance in solving customer problems and forming new customer relations that resulted in a 20% increase in sales.

At the heart of great customer service is the way we interact with our customers. It will come as no surprise to hear that we don’t always get those interactions right. In my opinion, what we need is a distinct skill set that can be applied consistently throughout the service industry.
