I worked as a Senior Technical/Customer Service Representative at Convergys for almost seven years. I was assisting customers in fixing phone and internet issues. For my years of working in the company I was awarded as one of the top agents and I had no attendance issue. I also worked as a Claims officer at QBE Cebu for a year. I am assigned to process first notification of client’s property loss. I replied to emails sent by brokers or clients. I was recognized as one of the most improved officer in my batch. Work Terms
I can work 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week. Payment is mostly preferred through bank transfer or any the same type of mode.
