Medical Biller | Data Entry | Internet Research | Customer Service

The bulk of my experience lies with Data Entry, Email support, PDF typing, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Power point presentation, internet and web researching, and copy and paste job. Doing these for years honed my computer skills into advance level as well as internet research and even achieved and learned new things that are essential for me to be proficient in typing and to excel in writing and communication using English Language.

A nurse by profession I was able to work in BPO company and have 4 years of experience handling health claims and billing. As a medical biller, I prepare and submit clean claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper, answer questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies, perform various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers. I am also knowledgeable in medical terminology and have basic training in medical transcription.
Working and interacting in a diverse environment made me become adaptable, detail-oriented, motivated, results-oriented, and passionate in doing my work.
