Full Stack & Laravel Developer

I'm a results orientated web developer with 6+ years experience developing and maintaining business software solutions. I enjoy a challenge and tackling projects that introduce new skills. My primary tools are PHP, Python, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with heavy experience in MVC frameworks, AWS and building web applications.

My most recent position saw me lead a team of developers, to scope and rebuild the 10+ year old software that powered all internal and customer facing elements of one of Melbourne's largest print management companies. This involved bringing their old software up to modern standards, ensuring it could easily be maintained and updated well into the future and implementing a decades worth of fixes, improvements and feedback.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I enjoy building software and picking up new skills. My two key projects are:
- Faxsalad.com. FaxSalad was a solo project I developed with the goal of modernizing an old but still critical piece of technology, by offering pay-as-you-go online faxing. It currently boasts 1000+ regularly active users across Australia, the US and UK.
- Orbitcss.com. OrbitCSS is another solo project that I built purely with the intention of better developing my personal understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and modern web design. It has been an ongoing project and something I really enjoy working on.

As for education, I studied a Bachelor of IT at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. My main focus was on web programming and technologies. The C# class gave me nightmares for years to come.

I am available 24/7 depending on the scale and requirements of your project. I am located in Australia and run on AEST.
