Hello! I'm Rich, a freelance web designer/developer located in Tampa Bay, Florida. For the past 7 years I've worked on projects for individuals, companies with global audiences, and everything in between. I'm passionate about designing and developing custom solutions that not only exceed client expectations but are also cutting-edge and full of new ideas that help turn your vision into reality.

I have experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, project management, server management, and more. These experiences allow me the capability to personally manage a project from an idea all the way to the delivery and even after delivery customer support. Because I'm self-managed and resourceful, I'm always looking to stay ahead of the competition and help my clients portray the best possible image for their company, product or service.

If I have inquired or shown interest in working on your project, I'm confident that I can complete your requirements as efficiently and affordable as possible.

Work Terms

I typically require a specific set of deliverables or RFP (Request for Proposal) before I begin work, especially if we've never worked together before. I offer a 30-day warranty on all products. Depending on the scope of the project I can work on either an hourly basis or provide flat-rate quotes. I do offer monthly, quarterly and annual support contracts at discounted rates.
