Year 2012 I started as a technical trainee repairing computers and other computers stuffs. 3 Months after I worked as a technical support in a point of sale company called 21POS now they changed it to POSbang. I build up good relationship with my colleagues, I handle technical training on how to resolve POS issues over phone and through remote tool. 2014 I resigned and got hired as a call center agent in VXI Global BV Holdings under the account of westernunion. I handle customer service and agent support tasks. I became top agent more than 5 times from 2015 - 2017 January. I resigned last April 2017 because I considered working at home and have time with my family in a convenient time and place.
