Over the past 21 years I have developed my Management and Customer Service skills having worked in the Call Center Industry. I started off as a Customer Service Representative then as a Supervisor or Team Leader (7 years). Prior to the Call Center Industry I was in FM Radio Broadcasting (14 years) working as a Disc Jockey, Talent, Production and Programming Director then eventually as a full pledged Station Manager.
Work Terms
40 or more hrs/wk. Weekly or two weeks interval payouts.
