Hi! You can call me Peachy and I am from Manila, Philippines.

In 2003, I started working in the BPO industry which lasted for 16 years. I just had 3 companies for that long period, this is because I gave dedication and integrity to my previous company so that’s why I lasted for more than a decade. I handled multiple accounts as an agent such as Cable, student loans, travel and hospitality, internet, and retail accounts. As a customer service representative requires various skills to excel in their role. Some essential ones include excellent communication, patience, empathy, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, product knowledge, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, skills in conflict resolution, active listening, and the ability to multitask are also highly valuable in this role that I already developed.

Then, I got promoted to Team Leader due to the consistency that I provided to the company.

After 16 years in the Corporate Industry, I was so tired of doing everyday tasks that didn’t inspire me anymore. I was good about my work but no matter what I did, I was not happy anymore.

So, I resigned and wanted to change career as a Virtual Assistant.

I attended free training and found out that here are the things that I am capable of doing.

Creating Social Media Images (Quotes, Posters)
Manage Pinterest Accounts (Tailwind)
Build engagement and Trust via Social Media Platforms
Improve Customer Relations (Through Customer Support, Customer Care, etc)

Manage YouTube account (edit videos, create thumbnails, insert Captions, and write descriptions.)
