I am a native UK English speaker with 16 years working experience in various property management, customer service and telesales/marketing roles in the UK and Germany.

I can provide property management, customer service, data entry, telesales, telemarketing, e-mail correspondence, in and outbound phone support with technical expertise in software and heating systems.

My ability to handle complex customer service issues is second to none and I strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction in all my interactions. My extensive experience has allowed me to hone skills which are crucial to quality customer service and telesales, for example, patients, attentiveness, clear communication, product knowledge, positive language, goal oriented focus, closing deals and time management.

Proficiency in MS Office, auto dialing and CRM software including Sales Force.
