- Advanced Skills in Office 365 Cloud Services (Admin portal, Exchange Online, Azure AD)
- At least 2 years experience in troubleshooting printers & scanners (driver, network)
- Knowledgeable in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 (Troubleshooting, Email Migration)
- Knowledgeable in Skype for Business (Setup and Troubleshooting)
- Knowledgeable in One Drive for Business (Setup and Troubleshooting)
- Experience in Video editing
