Work Terms
Minimum Hourly Rate: $25.
Hours 1-4 Cost $50/hour, with a 2 hour minimum charge ($100)
All hours past the fourth cost $25/hour.
For each job, I prefer to have the full amount placed into Escrow.
My business days are 10 hours.
For jobs taking less than one business day, I require no money released up-front.
For jobs taking more than one business day but less than a week, I require 25% released up-front. 75% on completion.
For jobs taking more than one week, I require 25% released up-front, 25% mid-way at a agreed-upon milestone, and 50% on completion.
