Melissa does it all! LLC filing, trademark searching and filing, contract negotiating, privacy policies, etc. I haven't found anything yet that she can't do. I had several attorney's trying to charge me $1000 for just trademarking (that's just for their fee...don't forget there are governmental filing fees). Melissa charged me a fraction of that and did an amazing job. She's honest and fair.

Wow! I didn't realize the value of having an experienced attorney until I worked with Melissa. She's creative, professional, and always ontime! She wrote a contract for me that was unbelievable. I would definately recommend her.
