I've been in the call center industry for more than six years now. Over the course of time, I have gained vast knowledge and skills needed in the industry. I have handled a number of projects/campaigns such as Insurance, Real Estate, Online Ads and many others. I also have experience doing back office support.The company that I was working with specializes in selling car parts and accessories online, across the United States. I was part of the Escalations Team wherein we are responsible in taking escalated calls from agents, manage/ fulfill admin requests from different departments and answer online feedback from customers, all in a most concise and timely manner. I'm a very dependable, keen to detail and goal oriented individual and my ability to work under pressure helps me a lot to accomplish the demands of my work. I'm seeking opportunities to help companies and organization develop through hard work and work efficiency and to stay for a career as well.
